**Terms of Use – ArtUp**
Welcome to ArtUp! Please read these terms of use carefully before proceeding with registration or booking a spot in our workshops. By registering or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms.
1. **Bookings and Payments**
– Booking a spot in ArtUp workshops is done through our official website or other partner platforms.
– To confirm your booking, full payment is required.
2. **Cancellation Policy**
– Cancellations can only be made if they occur at least **48 hours before** the start of the workshop.
– If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, **no refunds are available**.
– Instead of a refund, the option to **reschedule** participation to a future workshop, based on availability, is offered.
3. **Changes and Cancellations by ArtUp**
– ArtUp reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any workshop due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
4. **Participant Responsibilities**
– Participants are responsible for arriving on time for workshops and complying with the operational and safety rules of the venue.
5. **Intellectual Property Rights**
– All content and activities of ArtUp workshops are protected by intellectual property rights and reproduction is not allowed without written permission.
6. **Acceptance of Terms**
– By participating in ArtUp workshops, you accept the above terms of use and agree to adhere to them.
